Albany Door Systems acquires R-Bac™ Industries, Combined Company Delivers New High Speed Door Product Line

Lawrenceville, GA - Albany Door Systems, a subsidiary of Albany International (NYSE: AIN), acquired R-Bac Industries in July of 2007. The combination of both company's best business and product development practices result in a new line of high speed door products and improved customer services.

The new Ultra line of high speed doors lower operating costs, increase productivity, and enhance safety and security. All Albany Doors are fast, safe, low cost, and easily repaired when impacted. With the addition of R-Bac's technology, control system, drive unit, wireless safety system, safety light curtain and modular design the product offerings from Albany Doors Systems have been enhanced greatly.
